7 Flavors Buffet is a South East Asian restaurant that focuses on South East comfort food ranging from Filipino, Thai, Japanese, Mexican, and Malaysian. Familiar flavors executed using international techniques under the banner of celebrity Chef Boy Logro.
Chef Boy Logro‘s story is truly about one of inspiration. He started as a poor boy in Leyte, who made his way to Manila and eventually ended up serving kings and state leaders in Oman. His humble beginning molded him to be diligent, to consistently ask questions and to learn.
For this restaurant he really want to highlight the 7 Flavors we get from food namely salty, sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, umami, and astringent. The consolidation of the menu and technique is something he learned throughout his experience locally and abroad. Each menu they prepare daily showcases these flavors in their select dishes.
The two story building is designed for events. Each floor is beautifully composed with elements of white and green hues. Grass walls and art deco fixtures surround the area.
Do it yourself Taco bar
Crispy homemade taco shells with select toppings of beef, salsa, cabbage, sour cream and shaved cheese. The beef is meaty and full flavor, while all the other ingredients complement the dish.
