The Kesong Puti Caprese is composed of soft Laguna cheese with tomatoes and fresh house-made basil pesto. A refreshing starter to kick off your palate. This dish was originally served in Prego, and art deco Italian restaurant conceptualized by Larry Cruz back in the 1980s.
