Village Tavern offers the classic American southern cuisine served in a warm and straightforward atmosphere. Consider this place as the more prominent brother of Friday’s. A concept of what an Old World Taven stands for as a place to source information, entertainment, and nourishment. True to its name, this restaurant is one of our secret refuege place after our long day of work. The place is relaxing, food is always wonderful and the crowd is vibrant yet not rowdy.
The premise is to serve classic American Southern food that is elevated because of their use premium sourced ingredients. They have a wide range of menu from their house-famous flatbreads, crabcakes and down to serving good ol’ gourmet burgers.
This April is Village Tavern’s 6th year anniversary and with this month-long celebration, they’ve added stellar menu items on their roster of dishes.

Roast Beet Salad (PHP 450)
Romaine lettuce, roasted beets, Tavern vinaigrette, goat cheese and balsamic syrup. The perfect mix of healthy and indulgent.
Mushroom and Goat Cheese Flatbread (PHP 450)
topped with fresh and sweet Margherita tomatoes that perfectly contrast the tangy flavor goat cheese chunks. Complimented by pieces of mushrooms for added texture and balance.
Braised Short Ribs (PHP 695)
Served with garlic mashed potato and sauteed French beans. Slow cooked to perfection.
Brick Chicken (PHP 525)
Roasted half chicken, garlic mashed potato and sauteed French beans.
Southern Shrimp and Grits (PHP 650)
Village Tavern’s take on shrimp and grits. An iconic southern dish that will definitely bring comforting flavors on your palate.

Come thru the Village Tavern for an excellent meal and all essential core built was made from scratch. That’s pretty rare to most restaurants nowadays and it does make a difference in taste and meal satisfaction after every bite.
Ambiance and overall interior is pretty inviting and would make you want to stay for hours and order that next bottle of wine.
