Churrasco (pronounced as ‘shoe-RHAS’-ko’) is a unique type of cooking, created by the Gauchos. After digging pits in the ground, the Gauchos would start a bonfire from the rangelands of Brazil. Once the fire turns to cinders, large pieces of meat were skewered and slowly roasted to perfection over the fire pits.
What to Expect
Waterside at Solaire’s modern yet authentic interpretation of Southern Brazil’s centuries-old gaucho heritage way of serving and enjoying meats.
Picture perfectly seasoned meats, prepared by Chef Hylton Le Roux and his team who will do continuous table-side service of different cuts of perfectly seasoned meats; from beef, chicken, pork, sausage, and lamb. You will have many other delectable side offerings, including a bountiful nachos & salad bar, sides, and partnered with unlimited free flowing curated drinks.
The Mojito Fresca is a rum based cocktail with sugar, lime juice, soda water, mint, strawberries, and chilies. It’s a light and refreshing drink that is perfect for a nightcap with the girls.
A Waterside staple is their famous Nacho Bar. Sweet potato chips, potato chips, and spiced tortilla chips with an ample amount of options for toppings. We recommend the pulled pork and melted cheese with a side of sweet potato chips as our favorite combination. Definitely a great way to prepare your palate to your main dishes.
Just remember, the main course is yet to come. Servers swing by with endless streams of meats—sausages, lamb, prime rib and more.

Succulent, tender, and well marinated proteins. Already delectable by itself that we suggest not to add any sauces at all. Although their home made chimichurri is pretty good and by which goes well with everything.
Where skewer-wielding and chunk wooden trolleys of their chefs circulate from table to table, plying diners with carved-on-demand grilled meat—features the same unlimited and insidiously complimenting sides, and mouthwatering roster of beef, pork, sausages, and poultry.
We recommend saving some room for the following dishes:
- Bacon wrapped tenderloin – this salty smoky bacon melts into the tenderloin that turns each bite into a meaty indulgence
- Chicken in Beer – Moist and juicy chicken with a flare of spice
- Pork Sausage – Thick cut plump sausages that’s brimming with Latin flavors
You can also pair this with their numerous choices of sauce that even includes soy sauce and calamansi for their in-house crispy pata.
There will be freshly prepared churros for dessert served with three kinds of dips (caramel, white chocolate, and milk chocolate).
The Fat Girls Day Out crew arrived hungry,and left fully satisfied. Waterside’s A Meaty Indulgence is a solid dining experience itself. An extravagant blend of fine meats, flowing cocktails, excellent service and an overall complete dining experience.
